Project: Full Renovation – 6 Holiday Apartments (16 Bedrooms)

H. Pickup Mechanical & Electrical proudly served as the main contractor for the full modern renovation of six holiday apartments — comprising 16 bedrooms — at a caravan park in the Lake District.
Our in-house team managed and delivered the entire project, covering all aspects of joinery, decorating, plastering, flooring, and mechanical and electrical works.
The apartments were completely transformed from a tired, outdated block into a modern, high-quality holiday destination. Our scope of work included:
- Mechanical & Electrical: Partial rewire and installation of a new heating system, including a full plant room refurbishment.
- Kitchens & Bathrooms: Installation of six new kitchens and six new bathrooms, designed and fitted to a high specification.
- Full Interior Refurbishment: Removal of old kitchens, furniture, and fittings, followed by complete redecoration, new flooring, and fresh plasterwork throughout.
From start to finish, our skilled in-house team ensured every aspect of the project was delivered to the highest standard — exceeding our client’s expectations.
