At H. Pickup Mechanical & Electrical, we recently completed a comprehensive renovation project at a caravan park in the stunning Brecon Beacons, Wales. The project included the refurbishment of four bathrooms, a large utility area, and a full kitchen makeover. Our goal was to breathe new life into the space with a modern design that transformed the old building into something fresh, functional, and inviting.
The renovation was handled entirely by our in-house team—specialists in mechanical, electrical, joinery, plastering, and flooring—which ensured a seamless process and a consistently high-quality finish throughout.
Bathrooms
Each of the four bathrooms received a full upgrade, featuring brand-new sanitary ware, stylish vinyl flooring, and energy-efficient lighting. Our team’s attention to detail delivered a sleek, modern look that enhances both the functionality and aesthetic of the space.
Kitchen
The kitchen underwent a complete transformation. Old units, flooring, and fittings were removed to make way for a modern, efficient setup. The new design features spotlights and under-cupboard lighting for a contemporary feel. The redesigned kitchen is now spacious enough to accommodate up to 10 guests—perfect for group getaways in the Brecon Beacons.
Additional Works
The large utility area was also refurbished, improving the layout and overall functionality of the space. The combination of energy-efficient lighting, modern sanitary fixtures, and thoughtful design has significantly elevated the quality and appeal of the property.
