Mechanical Services to serve a New Classroom Extension:   Works started with the removal of redundant LPHW radiators and associated pipework. Alterations were made to the LPHW system to suit the New Classroom Extension.   Multibeton Underfloor Heating was laid to serve the New Extension, this included supplying a new controls system and installing a new LPHW circuit. Underground Heating Mains were installed to serve the new Heating Manifolds and Radiator System.   The domestic Cold Water service was extended and electric Hot Water Heaters were installed to serve the New Extension and adjacent areas.   Heat recovery, ventilation units and controls were also installed.   The Domestic Water Services System was Chlorinated. Testing and Commissioning was carried out by our own engineers.   Operating and Maintenance Manuals and As Fitted Drawings were supplied to the Client upon completion of the job.
